Experience Rooted in Compassion
While I am a pastor in the United Church of Christ and often integrate spirituality when it is meaningful to the individual, my grief education is available to people of every faith tradition—and to those with no religious affiliation at all. Grief is a universal human experience, and every person's journey deserves respect.
My Approach
I know grief personally. I also know that every loss is different.
You will not hear me tell you to "move on," "find closure," or "stay strong." Instead, we'll create space for honesty, tears, laughter, memories, questions, and hope. Together, we'll explore what grief is doing in your life and how you can continue to live with both loss and love.
I believe healing doesn't mean forgetting.
Healing means learning to carry our grief with gentleness, allowing love to continue shaping who we become.
An Invitation
If you are grieving—or if someone you love is—you do not have to walk this road alone.
Whether you're looking for individual support, a church workshop, a community presentation, or simply someone who understands, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
There is no right way to grieve.
There is only your way.
And there is hope.
